Except for families with children.With an extensive plot of land with vegetation, garden, private parking and swimming pool, it also has an elevated position, which provides privileged views of nature and the mountains.It is located 6 km from the Mercadona supermarket,6 km from the El Arenal bus station,7 km from the sandy beach Playa Arenal,8 km from Palma Airport PMI,8 km from the Aqualand El Arenal water park,8 km from the city of El Arenal,12 km from the Son Gual Golf Course in Mallorca,18 km from Palma train station and is located in an ideal area for children.The dining room, very spacious and bright, is a classic style with shelves that dress the walls, a fireplace to warm the atmosphere, Sat TV and free WiFi.Its modern kitchen has an island with a ceramic hob and all necessary appliances, including AC and heating.
