In the heart of the Tuscan countryside. CASA PANORAMICA is situated on top of a hill in the municipality of Palaia (Pisa) in the middle of other green Tuscan hills between Pisa and Florence.
The location of the property offers easy access to the coastal beaches and the main towns and tourist attractions of Tuscany.
Spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding countryside! Garden and olive grove on the property (28,000 m2) that includes a swimming pool the size of Mt. 7x4x1,5 h.
The whole house is located on the ground floor and this makes it accessible to people with mobility impairments (note: the bathroom does not allow access with a wheelchair). TV-SAT and WI-FI.
Location: 1 km from Palaia (shops, newsagents, Pubs, Bars, Restaurants), 15 km Pontedera (shopping centers, offices and all kinds of shops), 40 km Pisa, 45 km from the beaches, 50 km Florence.Very peaceful

Met recht prachtig panoramisch
We hebben een fantastisch fijn verblijf gehad met ons gezin met onze 2 kinderen in leeftijd 8-12 jaar in dit leuke huis. Het panoramisch uitzicht rondom het huis is adembenemend en met recht prachtig. Heel prive, ruim voldoende ruimte binnen en buiten, fijn zwembad en badkamer. Hoewel aan de weg, viel het geluid/overlast heel erg mee. Ontvangst en contact met verhuurder is heel prettig geweest, met hulp ook voor restaurants en tips voor activiteiten. Dank nogmaals hiervoor. En excuses dat we door vakantie mind-set helemaal vergaten het vuilnis aan de weg te zetten! Als we iets ter verbetering zouden moeten zeggen; misschien iets comfortabelere sofabank binnen en minder wiebelend bed van de kinderen. Maar dat zijn kleine details. We hebben erg genoten en zouden zo weer terugkomen en een verblijf hier zeker aanraden!

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Marica empfing uns sehr herzlich und überraschte uns mit einem Obstkorb und einer Flasche Wein.❤️ Der Ausblick, der Garten und der Pool machten den Ort perfekt. Von dort aus konnten wir viele Ausflüge unternehmen und haben tolle Städte und Orte besichtigen können. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!

Toskana at its best
We were exceptionally welcomed by the host family and enjoyed every second of our stay. The word Panoramica for the Villa is almost underrated for the stunning views. The nearby village Palaia is a Tuscany jewel and just everything you would like to see is close. A place we certainly want to come back.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Wunderschöner Blick und viel Ruhe. Bequeme Betten, Mückengitter und Fensterläden, die sehr gut abdunkeln. Alles vorhanden, Marcia hat uns sehr nett empfangen und verabschiedet. Die viel befahrene Straße neben dem Haus störte kaum. Keine Eierbecher und für uns leider nur 2 Steckdosen brauchbar, da andere Typ in Italien. Für mich waren die Moskitos schlimm, draußen abends nicht hinzusetzen. Tolle Städte gut zu erreichen, sehenswert, leider über sehr langgezogene kurvenreiche Stecken. Deutsches TV Programm.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Wir haben 14 Tage in dem schönen Haus verbracht. Wir waren mit zwei Jungs ( 10 und 13 Jahre) und unserer französischen Bulldogge dort und wir waren alle restlos begeistert. Der Pool, Garten und Ausblick waren einfach wunderschön. Wir haben jede Mahlzeit auf der überdachten Terrasse eingenommen und den tollen Ausblick und zahlreiche Sonnenuntergänge genossen. Der Pool ist groß und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Marica hat uns mit Wein und Obstkorb sehr freundlich empfangen und uns auch einige Tipps gegeben. Außerdem hat sie uns sehr geholfen als unser Sohn kurzfristig zum Arzt musste. Dafür waren wir wirklich sehr dankbar. Wir fanden Palaia superschön. Es ist ein kleines Bergdorf mit einem Café/Eisdiele, einer Kneipe und mehreren Restaurants. Außerdem gibt es drei kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte, in denen man frisches Obst usw. einkaufen kann. Für den Großeinkauf muss man 10 Minuten fahren aber das ist ja völlig ok. Wir haben jeden Morgen unseren Kaffee in Palaia getrunken und vermissen ihn schon sehr. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

Erholung pur mit sensationeller Aussicht
Wir wurden vor Ort schon sehr herzlich mit einer Flasche Wein und einem Obstkorb empfangen und es wurde uns alles sehr nett erklärt. Das Haus ist ein Ort der Erholung mit einer sensationellen Aussicht auf die toskanische Landschaft, in dem man abschalten und die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Wenn man doch einmal Lust auf einen Ausflug hat, sind Pisa, Volterra und San Gimignano leicht erreichbar. Wir werden hier sicher nicht zum letzten Mal gebucht haben. Alles top!

Wonderful house and view on Tuscany
We had a wonderful stay at Casa Panoramica. The name of the house is very true: the view on Tuscany from the house is overwhelmingly beautiful. The house is relatively small but perfect for four people and has everything one needs during a fortnight stay. Marica and Luca were very generous and helpful hosts. They were always available for support and information. The village of Palaia has a few good, affordable restaurants and lovely icecreams at the Gelataria. We visited Livorno, Pisa, San Gimignano and Lucca. Lucca is absolutely a 'must visit' for everyone.
