Comfortable and enjoyable

Loved the house, it had everything we needed, loved how it smelled clean as soon as we walked in. We were very comfortable and slept well. Hopefully we'll come and stay for another visit. Highly recommend.

Spacious homebase for our girls trip

This house was exactly as advertised. We loved how well stocked and clean it was. The location was convenient to all the Disney parks. The host was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions right away. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for all the parks

This was a great location and great size home for my family. We had plenty of space and after a long day had the pool and hot tub to unwind. I highly recommend this house. It also has a fence around the pool so small children cannot go near it. I was extremely pleased with everything.

Great stay!

I stayed at this property with my husband and our three kids. We all loved the pool, the house was very clean and conveniently located. My son, who is 6 feet tall, did complain that the bed was too small but other than that it was the perfect stay for us. We would love to stay there again!

I loved the property

Our stay was perfect! The house is located just a few miles from the parks, it is in a nice neighborhood, has plenty of space inside for a family of 8, has a nice, covered pool area, and the list goes on. I have nothing bad to say about it at all. Thank you for offering such a nice option at an affordable price. When we come back, we will stay with you again.

Family Disney vacation

We stayed here for a family Disney/Universal vacation. Property was close to parks and convenient to stores and restaurants. Easy arrival and clear instructions from homeowners. Home was as nice/nicer than pictured. We used the pool several days and it was relaxing. We did not use heat as it was august and was plenty warm. Loved seeing the geckos outside! Not an abundance of kitchen cookware but we were hardly there for meals so we had plenty for what we needed. A couple of bugs but hey it’s Florida! Would recommend and would stay again! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Family Vacation

The story is as advertised online, it was such a beautiful home we enjoyed it very much! My family of 7 which included my parents, my sister, brother, and my husband and daughter and myself. Plenty of room for everyone. Beds were very comfortable and clean. TV in every room. The washer and dryer were perfect since we were there for a week were able to do our own so we didn't have to pack as much. The pool area was huge and we used it ALOT! If you have a bigger family this will be a great place. Will definetly recommend to anyone we know coming down this way. And will stay again if we ever come back to Florida. The only thing we said could of been better was the garage where the game room was, was very warm.(But understandable with the Florida heat)

Great location

The property came as advertised and our commute to the Disney parks was very quick - about 10 to 15 minutes park depending. Universal properties were about 30 minutes as expected. The layout of the 3 adult bedrooms was great. They were spaced out well and each had their own bathroom. The pool and hot tub was great to have. My son and I enjoyed them quite a bit. I deducted 1 star from the overall rating because this is the first VRBO property I have rented that had absolutely zero basic supplies like salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, vegetable oil. It was also the only property we have rented that did not come with wine glasses. So as a parting gift we left 2 stemless wine glasses and 4 stemless champagne glasses. Again this property met our primary goal of being close to Disney, was clean, and thoughtfully laid out for our party of 5. You just may want to pack a few basic food items if you are planning on cooking so you do not have to buy everything when you arrive.

A Birthday trip to remember

It was a dark and stormy night..... Actually, no it was bright, sunny and smoking hot the whole time! The house was everything they described. There was plenty of space for everyone (4 kids and 3 adults). What I liked best: 1. Location- plenty of restaurants, a walmart and publix, starbucks around the corner, cocktails close by (sorely needed w/the 4 kids). 2. Amenities- the house had a pool that was great. I didn't pay the extra money to have it heated (frankly I think it should've been included), nevertheless really enjoyed it. Appreciated the washer and dryer option. 3. The space- Again there were quite a few of us and space was definitely appreciated. Even if you come with a couple of people, I still think you'd enjoy. 4. Communication- when we came in the smoke detector was beeping incessantly. We called the property manager and she responded immediately. Areas of opportunity are small- we were provided with 1 roll of t.p. per bathroom. I didn't know this until my son was yelling for more. I would say maybe store a few extras in the closet. 2. When we walked in, the sofa and all the cushions were pulled up and apart. I think the cleaners probably vacuumed it out and didn't put it back together. 3. There were alot of instructions/rules to be aware of - posted all over the fridge, in the guest book,etc. A little overwhelming but we tried to make sure we followed every detailed instruction. All in all a great visit. Would I stay here again... YES!

Vacation for a family.

It was a nice place to stay. There is a lot of flies, but I do believe it is due to the trash cans being at the garage door. Really enjoyed the pool. The game room is really hot just bring the box fans in there to enjoy. We had a lot of fun playing pool. The house is very spacious. Big enough for a large family. Very close to a Walmart and the parks. It is a quiet neighbor hood. Felt very safe. We would stay here again.

Family vacation

The property was very convenient to the parks and shopping. On a Disney day we were able to go back to the house and swim and relax before heading back to the parks. Highly recommended this house, both the house and pool were clean and comfortable. We will be back!
