The room service response quick to your request The breakfast is good could have more option you get bored if you have a long stay as we stayed for four days The family room was very specious and we had a disabled guest the facility was excellent will recommend it The location is good 10 mins from the central station The cleaning could improve as cups was no washed and room was minimum cleaned It was a great stay and we used the suana after a cold day was so relaxing "

"I had a wonderful stay at Aitana Room Hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms that made the stay really comfortable. Room service was efficient and reliable, and the staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive — their hospitality truly stood out. Breakfast was pretty top-notch with a great selection, and the dining service overall was excellent. From accommodation to service, everything felt thoughtfully managed and close to perfect. "We booked 5 days at Volkhotel to celebrate my partner's PhD submission. This hotel was perfect for the occasion. We could sleep in, have a luxurious buffet breakfast in the 7th floor, enjoy some of the cultural activities and shows, have a break playing some table tennis at Riet, stop for glühwine at the Veerkplats conversation pit, and end the day in the 8th floor sauna! The rooms were spotless, staff were helpful with all of our special requests, and truthfully I'm a little bit sad having to leave home today. We could not have asked for a more relaxing holiday.
