This perfect bayfront will be just the place to bring the whole family for an unforgettable vacation to Ocean View! This home away from home enjoys a convenient location near restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores. Downtown Bethany Beach, Bethany Beach Boardwalk, and the beach are four and a half miles away. Other must-visit attractions include Salted Vines Vineyard & Winery, Delaware Seashore State Park, and Freeman Arts Pavilion.

The main living area is located on the second floor, boasting a beautiful and sunny open floor plan that seamlessly combines all spaces into one. Curl up on the sofas after a refreshing splash in the community pool and stream your favorite movies or series on the smart TV. If you are visiting during the winter months, the wood-burning fireplace will be ideal. Attached to the living room is a bayfront balcony with an outdoor dining table, creating a fantastic spot to dine alfresco with an unbeatable backdrop. Back inside, the well-appointed kitchen has all the major appliances and utensils you could need to whip up delicious homemade meals and treats for the group.

The first floor of the condo offers a nice private family room with a smart TV, a desk and a monitor for folks that need to work or study remotely, and a second balcony with another outdoor dining table. The upper level hosts two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. The primary bedroom enjoys a waterfront balcony with several chairs. Additional perks include a washer/dryer, board games, and four adult bikes.
