Welcome to the family friendly condo in Bay Vista in Caine Woods neighborhood of North Ocean City, MD (Bay side)

This 800 sq. Ft first floor condo features 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom with space for 6. Hop in the car and just bring yourself! Cleaning fees include linens and towels, to make it truly easy to come for a few days! Close to Fenwick Island, you can bike a few blocks to the beach and to your favorite restaurants. Just ask for my favorite! Plenty of parking on site and cool off in the shared pool one block over.

Cozy and comfortable ground floor unit has everything you need! Fully stocked kitchen. Primary Bedroom has a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom. 2nd Bedroom has a comfortable (Full size) bed) The 2nd full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway next to the washer dryer. Additionally there is a sofa bed in the living room. Smart TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Strong Wifi will allow you to "WFB" (Work from the beach!)). Newly added in 2025 two cruiser bikes with bike locks and six backpack beach chairs and two umbrellas. Let’s you park the car and have a hassle free vacation.!! Beach is short 1/2 mile and restaurants the same!!!

Great vacation stay

The property was in excellent condition and offered a warm, comfortable and tranquil experience. My wife, granddaughter and I enjoyed the property along with the many amenities it offered. We will definitely return next year.

Comfortable Beach Condo

This first level condo had everything we needed for a weekend at the beach. The kitchen was well supplied, beds were comfortable, access was easy, and the unit was very clean and tidy. Plenty of parking here too.

Fantastic Host, Close to the Beach!

The place is a 10-15min walk to the beach, which made it a great location, but on top of that, Maggie, the host, was the absolute best! She was very communicative/responsive, generous, nice, flexible, and went above and beyond! 10/10 would stay at any of her listings.

The condo itself was beautiful very clean, plenty of space for 6 people. The neighbors were all super friendly. Walk to the beach was around 5 blocks. Pool was located between the condos across the street. On your walk to the beach there is lots of restaurants and a pizza shop you can enjoy your whole day. The bus terminal is also only a few blocks away to travel down to boardwalk and enjoy time there. The only thing don’t recommend leaving anything accessible on the porch or in bed of your trucks we had beach chairs stolen,

Amazing condo and amazing location

Our family loved it here. The location to Fenwick beach is just a few minute walk and then the ease of getting on the main strip to get to the OCMD boardwalk is a 30 second drive away. The place was clean and perfect for our family (4 total). We hope to make this our yearly spot to stay at. 10/10 highly recommend

Beautifully upgraded unit great location!

Loved the convenience of this property! The early risers were on the beach in minutes and loved the morning walks. We loved the upgrades and tbe artwork in this unit. Very quiet area with ample parking. Great beach trio!

Quiet Getaway

Perfect place for us for a gals getaway. My mom, sister-in-law and best friend felt right at home and so much more comfortable than of we had stayed in a hotel. The property manager was excellent with communication. I would recommend, and stay here again.

Great stay in OC!

We had a wonderful stay in this property, the host very kindly offered to let us arrive earlier than the listed check-in time since that opportunity happened to be available and checked in on our comfort and experience throughout our visit. The place is clean, comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen supplied all our needs. We really and truly had such a lovely family holiday in OCMD thanks to the great accommodations and such a welcoming and considerate host.

Beautiful condo

We were very impressed when we arrived at how clean and beautiful the condo was. It obviously is well cared for by the owner. It was perfect for my daughter's 9 month old, who could crawl to his heart's content and not encounter any dangers. Maggie, the owner, was very receptive each time I contacted her, and was extremely helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.
