"Check-in was difficult. Check in is at a machine that wants Japanese characters and kept changing back to them. Took a long time and staff didn't speak much English. Nice view from room. Uncomfortable pillows, half filled with buckwheat hulls. Woke up with a stiff neck every morning. Breakfast is a fixed menu. No fish and rice, no pickled veg, no eggs and avocado. "It was an amazing. The food and early morning breakfast service is excellent. Staff was extremely helpful but more English speaking service attendants would be nice. This hotel is right in the heart of Roppongi. So there are plenty of bars and food to get lost in.
