Bathroom fawcet was broken. The room and floor had a subtle odor like humidity
In the city centre, Hyatt Regency Tokyo is in Tokyo's Shinjuku neighbourhood, an area with great shopping. Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden and Meiji Jingu Shrine are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Yoyogi Park and Ueno Park. Enjoy an event or a match at Tokyo Dome, and consider making time for Tokyo Tower—a top attraction that's not to be missed. Our guests appreciate the hotel's convenience for public transport: Tochomae Station is 3 minutes by foot and Nishi-shinjuku Station is 6 minutes.Visit our Tokyo travel guide

It may not be cheapest option around Shinjuku but they do deliver real 5 stars Hotel experience right from arriving at front door and the bell service team and right through check in etc. All staff are real helpful and speak fairly good English for hotels in Japan. Lobby is impressive. Rooms (we had two for family of 5) are nice and clean. A little ordinary for me who travel frequently for biz but family loved it as well as top-notch breakfast. Carpark is only ¥1500 for 24 hrs, which seems reasonable for Central Tokyo. I should so add they have free shuttle bus to Shinjuku Station departing every 20 mins (till about 10pm). God-sent to shoppers.
