"The comfort double room was tight like most Tokyo hotels are but it was clean with good amenities. Front desk staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. They have luggage storage on site. Hotel was close to a subway station. Plenty of 7-11 and Family marts nearby. It is located in a quiet area away from the noise of Shinjuku."

"My 19y son stayed by himself in this place and he loved it. I would say that even when he was at the red district, he never felt unsafe. I actually catch up with him few days later and I can confidently said the place and the area were 100% safe. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The place was very nice and clean"

"We loved our stay at the Kimpton! Such a great location, friendly staff, nice and clean hotel with awesome concierge (every restaurant rec was superb). It’s also very well located and an easy walk to Shinjuku station- or honestly anywhere else if you’re walkers like us! The daily social hour is so cute and we enjoyed some nice wine our first night. However the best part of the stay was meeting Iwayan downstairs at The Jones coffee bar. He greeted us warmly every morning and treated us to a free coffee/matcha off the list for hotel guests (this is a perk we didn’t know about). We loved seeing our friend each morning!! Thank you Iwayan!! "

"The room is clean and very spacious. Beds are also very comfortable. We can open all 3 luggages without feeling squeezed. Hotel is well connected to 2 metro lines via an underground passage and provides free shuttle to Shinjuku train station. If only it is connected to the JR main line, it will be perfect. "
