Large holiday rental spread over two floors with a garden, two terraces, and a balcony offering an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea
PLEASE NOTE: Before booking, please read through the entire listing and note that bed linens are not included in the price but must be booked separately (see "Additional Important Information").
You’ll be staying on the ground floor, which has a terrace, as well as on the upper floor, which has a terrace and a balcony. Garden furniture invites you to sunbathe or relax together.
The Meerblick apartment is just a stone’s throw away from the Baltic Sea on foot. Take a dip in the Baltic Sea or go for a walk along the coast all the way to the Ghost Forest.
On the ground floor, a spacious hallway (with a wide selection of books) leads to a kitchen with a dining table for 4 people and access to the outdoor terrace and garden. The built-in kitchen is equipped with an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, and a dishwasher. You can make coffee using either an espresso machine, a pod coffee maker, or a drip coffee maker. At the other end of the hallway, you’ll find a rather small bedroom with an extra-large bed (1.80 x 2.20 metres). A spacious bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and washing machine rounds out the amenities.
An internal staircase leads you to the upper floor. Here you’ll find the large, light-filled living room with another dining table, a west-facing balcony, and a view of the sea, as well as a large bedroom with an east-facing terrace, a king-size double bed, and a small desk. There is also a guest bathroom available.
For our younger guests, a high chair and a travel cot are available. The upper floor can be secured with a gate at the staircase.
You’ll find a free parking space right in front of the house on the property (marked: Apartment 1).
The apartment is part of a four-family house and is located at the end of the row on the right side of the property. The entrance is somewhat hidden on the right side of the building. The entire apartment, as well as the terraces and a private garden, are exclusively at your disposal.
Quiet area with modern architecture, 300 metres from the cliffs.
In the Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen, a visitor’s tax is required in the following amounts:
High season (May through September): 2.00 EUR per person
Off-season (October through April): 1.00 EUR per person
Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the visitor’s tax, as are individuals with severe disabilities (100%) accompanied by a caregiver.
You will find a registration form on site, which you are asked to fill out. You can pay the visitor’s tax in cash on site.
Please note that bed linens and towels are not included in the travel price. Since an outside company must be hired for delivery, pickup, and cleaning, this would incur an additional cost of 25 € per person. This would include a duvet cover, a pillowcase, a large towel, a small towel, and a bath mat. If you need a linen package, please contact our building manager, Mr. Ohm, so he can arrange for it to be provided in a timely manner.
The small bedroom on the ground floor is not heated—so its use is limited in winter.
Home Office: A DSL router with unlimited internet access is available. The desk in the bedroom or the dining table in the living room can be set up with the provided external monitor.
Yoga: Two mats are available for you in the bedroom chest of drawers.
According to the house rules, barbecuing is not permitted out of consideration for the roommates.
