- Built into the patio is a natural gas fire pit, a wood burning fireplace and a natural gas grill. Furnished with Poly Wood outdoor seating and dining areas, the patio sits on a lawn overlooking the natural beach grasses and wildflowers along the pathway down to the water's edge.

- The third floor is dedicated to the second Master Bedroom offering privacy and unparalleled views.

- The second floor also consists of a third bedroom containing a dedicated bathroom and a jacuzzi tub; plus a home office that is acting as a “owners room” and is inaccessible for short term (less than four months) rentals.
