Amazing

Clean, modern townhouse, with everything we needed just 15 mins from downtown Nashville. Great communication with the property manager. We had a blast.

Great facilities

Perfect fit for our needs. Would recommend management providing an FAQ manual for checkin process, as we didn’t have much orientation for getting into the apt and settled. The owners were very attentive to solving questions once we had arrived. Would also recommend installing places to hang towels in bathrooms and kitchen!

Celebration pad

Overall this property is very nice. The only thing I had an issue with is no ironing board and the blinds need to be replaced. The blind you couldn't open or close it because there was no pole to turn it to open or close it. Also, the handle to one of the shower doors needs to be tightened.

Needed Cleaning

The property itself is OK, and we liked the beds. I did not realize that the tile in the third-floor bathroom (just outside of the shower) was cracked, so I cut my foot. The water pressure in the showers is poor, and the cooktop was dirty when we arrived; it smoked when we turned it on the next morning (I had to clean it thoroughly with a washcloth and soap). There was dirt, hair, and grime along the walls in the bathrooms. The location is undesirable, so we will NOT stay there again. I hope this is helpful.
