5 minutes to Nissan Stadium & Topgolf and less than 10 to the Nashville Sounds/Nashville SC at First Tennessee Park in Germantown.

Just over 10 minutes to Nashville airport and less than 15 to Opry Mills, Gaylord Opryland & The Grand Ole Opry.

Bedroom 2 comprises a king & a queen bed, TV, private bathroom & walk-in closet.

This townhouse was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend. Five women with all those bathrooms, you can’t ask for more. quick Uber ride to the Opry, downtown, airport, etc. The host was quick to respond. The vintage shop/bar down the street is a fun little place to hang out after a day downtown.

This property was perfect. It was close to the airport, the Gaylord where the wedding we were attending was held & close enough to broadway without being in the heart of it. The check in was super easy, the host was in constant communication. The listing was spot on. Pics & description were 100% accurate. There wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't available to us, example iron & board, blow dryer, all silverware, dishware etc. I would highly recommend this spot if you are in Nashville.

Everything was just fine, the trains at night were a surprise, the coffee maker had a different size pot and created a mess on the counter, the ice maker was clogged and the opening was frozen shutOverall we had a good experience with our stay

Spacious and quiet 5 minutes from Downtown Nashville!

This was a very spacious property just 5 minutes from Downtown Nashville. Ubering was super easy!! The property was clean and welcoming. It was perfect for 3 couples as each had their own bedroom, ensuite and walk in closet. No issues to report! We had a fantastic time for our first time in Nashville!!

Fantastic place to stay! Great neighborhood! Our host was great to work with! Beautiful home in an awesome neighborhood. We got into Nashville before check in time and he referred us to a great neighborhood cafe/bar called the Red Headed Stranger. Was a great place to go and was within walking distance of the house. The house does have a lot of stairs but it wasn’t a problem for any of us. All 6 of us range in age from 68 to 74. Would definitely stay again!

Great location for downtown Nashville and East Nashville

Property was perfect for 3 couples. Very convenient to downtown - short Uber ride and also lots of great places in East Nashville. So many, in fact, that couldn’t visit all! Will have to come back again! Property owner was very nice to deal with, they were prompt in responding and gave very clear and informative information prior to check in. Also provided great info about Nashville! Thank you!
