During my stay, I noticed the presence of cockroaches both in the bathroom and inside the room, . This situation was extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable. It raised serious concerns about cleanliness, health, and sanitary conditions, and it negatively affected my overall experience as a guest. I believe that situations like this should not occur in a hotel room intended for guests, as customers expect a clean, safe, and properly maintained environment. Through this letter, I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that the necessary measures be taken to improve hygiene and pest control within the hotel facilities. "One of our favorite hotels—we’ve stayed there about eight times. The rooms are clean, the pool is wonderful, and the front desk staff are great. I hope to return soon, because it really is a wonderful experience."

La primera noche no enfrió el aire acondicionado y al siguiente día lo comentamos con la recepción cuando llegamos de la playa y hay mismo nos resolvieron y nos movieron de habitación. Es un lugar que regresaré muy pronto. Nos sentimos súper cómodos. Un lugar extremadamente limpio. Si personal muy amigable y profesional. La atención en este hotel el VIP para todos los huéspedes. No tengo una sola cosa negativa que decir. Quedamos muy felices con nuestro viaje a Náples. Sin duda es el mejor lugar para quedarse en esa ciudad. "
