Claustrophobic room with a double bed squished into it and up against a wall on one side and a 300mm end shuffle shuffle walkway. It’s bathroom was like a fictional 1.5m x 1.5m plastic sealed pod from a spacecraft and with a raised step over of 200mm from the skinny corridor which could cause a risk of a bad trip over and head into the wall. The room key tab has to be slotted into the room electrics pad to activate lights and A/C etc which is their way of preventing anything to work as you leave the room so a sauna room with stuffed air is pay back ton every return. An unplugged mini fridge left under the wall table for what reason? A TV with 6 Japanese channels and staff who do not speak or understand any English Language and phone our room at 10:00 to try a tell us whatever and pause for our response and that was pathetic! One bag of Green Tea, with no sugar or milk or anything else, was placed beside a minute 150ml water heater and child sized toy cup! The overall walking area (of worn out carpet) size of the room was approx 2.89m2 which was more like an aircraft aisle width for 2 people to squeeze on by each other to move around! A dreadfully shameful gaff!!
