Where do I start. This hotel was absolutely amazing. From the minute we arrived, we were impressed with our warm welcome, our beautiful room, comfy bed and tranquility of our view. Everything about our stay was fabulous. Although several kms from the town centre, the short drive to Rotorua was pleasant. It was lovely to be away from the busyness of town. Value for money was incredible. I cannot rate this hotel high enough. Highly recommend!

Excellent property with TV including Sky in the lounge and both bedrooms. Close to supermarkets, fast food options and a 5 min drive to town. Easy parking and a nice pool added to what was a great facility.

We had a lovely stay at Hana Lodge. Such a beautiful spot and lovely grounds to explore. The rooms are clean, beautifully presented and well thought out. The staff were amazing. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Tucked away on the oft-forgotten east side of Lake Rotorua, this gem of a lodge enables you to get away from it all with stunning lakeside views, the best spa/sauna/steam-room/cold pool combo I've ever had and staff who are warm, professional, considerate and anticipatory. The room was stunning, the breakfast was heaven ( please try the crepes!) and the overall experience felt a lot more expensive than what we paid for! Do it. Try it out. I'm glad I did!

What an amazing location and what an amazing hotel. The staff were excellent and friendly. The food was great. The location was stunning. All in all, a must go place if you are visiting Rotorua - only about 15 minutes drive from all the action.

Vivien was amazing. Very welcoming, gave us lots of information about the things we could do that interested us. Property is very clean, bed very comfortable and breakfast has all you need to start the day. Very close to the redwoods which is a big plus for us as we do love the redwoods. You will see us again Vivien. And oh the bakery you told us about is amazing.

Arrived here during a big winter storm. Large unit but easily heated with one heater which we had to turn off overnight because we would have overheated. The extra facilities like minigolf and bicycles weren't any good in the pouring rain, but would help keep young kids occupied in better weather.

There was a great view of the geyser, the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was a bit expensive but delicious.

My wife and I stayed at the Quest Rotorua in April 2017 for 12 nights in total in a studio apartment. I would have upgraded the apartment but the facility is very popular and this was the only one available. It was a great apartment but having stayed at other Quests we have opted previously for two room suites. The studio apartment in Rotorua was 36m2 with a cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and large bathroom with laundry facilities. Housekeeping were great and cleaned the room daily and...

We are a family of 2 kids (17 and 11yo) and we enjoyed the 1-bedroom luxury suite we had. The bathroom is huge with 2 sinks, a spacious spa (we could all fit in if we wanted to). We loved the jets, lights and the music via bluetooth while relaxing in the spa. And since it was raining the whole day, we enjoyed our time together playing table tennis instead. We didn’t miss the pool not being heated at all due to bad weather. But we loved the spa and Rotorua during this travel. Will definitely...

Loved our stay at this property - room was great with two large beds. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Facility was huge - really impressed with the indoor heated pool - loved it in there. Will definitely book into a spa treatment next trip. Recommend getting breakfast and dinner - so convenient. The restaurant has a fire which made the atmosphere really cosy. This motel was a really great choice for our family, we will definitely return. Didn’t want to leave.

Just amazing place

Nice old pub with period features in the rooms and common areas. Friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant. Only issue is no lift if you are not as mobile as you used to be but staff helped with luggage but staff helped with that. Overall an enjoyable couple of days
