The manager Joti was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Exceptionally flexible with our plans. Stressless experience. Some cosmetic updating could be made. Clean and tidy with all resources available.

We had a lovely stay at the Rydges Roturua. The only downside was the hairdryer in the room was not great.

Both places very good. Note: Hell's Gate: if you use mud from tour, put on your face from the cheeks down - clay flakes when it dries, annoying for the eyes LOL.
