40's cottage style home. Hardwood floors & hardwood wainscoting original to the home. Open concept. Gas stove & fireplace. 2 guest BRs & office space. Lg private guest bath w/ 2 closets; tub/shower combo. Master BR has private en-suite bathroom; shower & walk-in closet; 2 sinks & heated floors. AC window units through out. Sleeps 6-8.

Covered back porch & pergola; outside dining table. Extra lounging area w/ fire pit. Yard < 1 acre w/ privacy & dog pen. Quiet rural area. Portable generator available. Trucks + trailers are permitted. Work crews are permitted - strict cap of 6 people. For crews under age 25, a superintendent, foreman or adult over age 30 must accompany. Cash deals available; mid to long term rental available for work crews only.

The Space:
Quiet rural area. House is situated on a quiet shaded lane that's great for morning or evening walks. The sound of crickets and frogs at night. Bright stars in the dark nighttime sky. Guest BR 1 has a twin over full bunk-bed with an additional twin bed; BR 2 has a full bed with professional office space/working desk. Master BR has a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with heated floors and walk-in closet. Handicap accessories are available at no-cost; house entrance is not handicap accessible, however.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house. The shed is off-limits.

The Neighborhood:
Country & rural, but 15+ minutes to town and big-box shopping centers.

Getting Around:
Vehicle is necessary. Walks or bicycle rides can be taken along the 2 mile lane that the house is located on.
