Beautiful house in Miami Platja with private pool, consists of 5 bedrooms, one of them on the ground floor, double, and on the upper floor we find two doubles, one double and one single.



A full bathroom with shower on the first floor and another full bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor, where there is also a spacious living room, a kitchen with dining area and equipped with two fridges and the usual kitchen utensils. From the kitchen there is access to a covered porch with electric awning and garden furniture.

There is a direct view of the pool and barbecue area, which is brick and is complemented by an outdoor stone table. Next to the pool there is an area dedicated to the famous game of billiards, for fans or those who wish to enjoy summer evenings with this traditional game.

All rooms are air-conditioned and there is a covered parking space at the entrance. The location of the house is quite central and has restaurant services 10 meters away, as well as supermarkets within walking distance, the beach about 300 meters and other leisure services that are located in the municipality very close to the location.
