In the heart of South Walton, the Majestic Sun resort boasts amenities such as an indoor/outdoor heated pool, 2 jacuzzi hot tubs, a Gulf-facing fitness center, additional pools on-site for your use, eight tennis courts, a championship golf course and driving range, and more. Just outside the door of Majestic Sun is a large lake, perfect for walking to or taking family photos by. Rent a bicycle and take in beautiful scenery without ever having to leave the resort.

This condo offers luxury in its style and furnishings. Inspired by the tranquility of the emerald green coast just outside its doors, 202A was completely renovated in January of 2018. This Destin, Florida condo is equipped with extras and amenities you just don't find in all vacation rentals. The custom-built kitchen is equipped with new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is well-stocked should you have a chef in your group. Brand new pots and pans along with coastal dinnerware will make for an enjoyable evening in for dinner. Find extras like 2 USB charging ports on the wall for ease of mobile charging. The living room has a 55" wall-mounted high-definition LED smart TV. The master bedroom has a large king bed, a large 50" LED flat screen smart television, and an extra-large closet should you bring back treasures from the many nearby shopping opportunities at Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, The Village at Baytowne Wharf, or Destin Commons, all within minutes from the condo. The master bathroom has a gorgeous stone and glass tiled walk-in shower with a separate powder room with his and hers sinks for your convenience. The guest bedroom boasts a queen bed and has its own door in to the beautifully renovated guest bathroom. Each bathroom is stocked with extra towels for your convenience. A brand new Samsung washer & dryer is available for use during your stay.

This condo is located toward the east end of Building A, with convenient access to both elevators and stairs. Luggage carts are located just one floor below in the lobby for your convenience upon arrival and departure. If one of the parking spaces just outside the door isn't your preference, guest parking garage is steps away from 202A. On-site security and guards at both the beachfront gate and the highway are provided for your added security during your stay.

Please note, your stay will require a parking pass for each vehicle on the Seascape resort. 1 pass will be provided with your stay all additional passes may be purchased on-site for $10/vehicle.
