It was very difficult to check in as staff was not present and the phone was not answered and there was no exterior signage. The rooms were new and nicely appointed and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We needed to ask for a hair dryer and an iron as they were not in the room.

There is not reception. I had to call many times to the WhatsApp number in order to check in. Checking out was also very troubling, when I was ready to go, there was no one in the entrance and again wouldn’t answer the phone. I was instructed to left my luggage inside the room but only for 2 hours because they DO NOT KEEP YOUR LUGGAGE FOR YOU. Then I came back to pick up my luggage and again none responded the door or the phone. Had to wait on the street for long time until someone from an unrelated property open the main door to get inside and pick up my luggage. In conclusion.. I do NOT recommend to stay in this hotel, it’s really bad service and horribly organised.
