Resort Fee: please be aware that the condominium Beachwalk Resort charges to all rentals a daily fee. Please note this fee shall be paid at the Front Desk upon arrival.

25 per day for stays of 7–15 days
20 per day for stays of 15–29 days
300 per month for stays of 30 days.
Stays exceeding 30 days are charged 300 + 10 per additional day

We provide a professional cleaning service through a cleaning company and own staff depending of the unit. Any object left by a previous guest or part of the apartment, can be a non intentional hazard, depending on the age of the guest. Be aware and let us know if you need us to take action on any repair or part removal during your stay. We are not responsible if you get injure or damage for parts or objects left by other guests or parts of the apartment and that we didn’t notice at the cleaning or maintenance time. So when we first go here. They could not find our reservation. Which was an inconvenience because my boyfriend had to go to work. Then we get in the room the TV doesn’t work, the AC not working probably. We went down to desk and they said they would send someone never did. Then yesterday there was no hot water the whole day.   Then to top it all off .  Reaching out to host has been impossible and when I finally did  via phone through VRBO. She was unpleasant and seems upset because VRBO called her on an emergency line that was only for emergencies. Like I’m supposed to know that. Supposedly she was supposed to contact them for late check out and someone will get back to me ASAP and no one did. I had to contact them yet again.   I pay you for a supposedly late checkout out that’s only 1 1/2 hour more. Who ever is supposed to update the front desk didn’t because they came to wake us up. They even had Security come, escort us out the room after I pay for late check out. This was the most frustrating place I ever stood at. I never had an experience like this before. I want to know who can talk to about my experience and getting some money back because I did not enjoy my stay at all.
