Ocean views from all rooms of this Beachfront unit

This modern and full Ocean views condo is located on the 6th floor and it has 3 bedrooms + 1 maid room or 'cuarto de servicio' in Spanish, each one of them with a full ensuite bathroom, plus an extra guest toilet. The photos don't serve it well, and you will agree to this statement only when you are inside this unit and breath in the fresh air while breathing out all the city toxins.

The property was furnished and equipped for the use of its owners' family, thus offering high quality furnishings and ammenities and it is family oriented and family friendly, including pets being allowed.

There is a large washer/dryer unit, and also a dishwasher, which is a rare find in Yucatán.

***We are Pet friendly, but not for free, there is a 30USD Pet Fee that you must pay per pet and stay, if you want to bring along your fury friend.***

Chicxulub Beach house.
The home and property is nice, very clean and the pictures accurate. The condo is in a well kept building with security. The surrounding area is very run down and the road to it extremely rough. Beautiful building surrounded by extremely run down surroundings. The amenities describe the condo as having AIr Conditioning. The unit has AC only in the bedrooms and not in the main living area. It was unbearably hot upon our arrival so we had to leave for dinner early for relief. The bedroom doors are on Springs that had to be propped open with heavy suitcases in order to make them stay open. We did this to try and cool the living area. The lack of fans or AC made cooking almost unbearable. No hairdryers in any of the bathrooms was quite a surprise as well.
