While we supply quality linen and towels for all guests, we do suggest guests staying more than 3 days to bring their own towels to avoid inconvenience or disappointment.

Comfortable stay in Rosebud

Property was very comfortable, roomy and clean. Host was very helpful when we had a little trouble with the security gate.

Wonderful wintery break

A cosy 2 storey townhouse. Thanks for your excellent communication and kindness in letting us stay past the checkout time. Everything we needed was within walking distance and the beach at our door. Highly recommend.

This is a perfectly adequate accommodation for a one-night stay. Functional and well-supplied. Whilst it could do with some extra character, this is made up for by the proximity to the beach.

Superb location right on the beach

Excellent location with 10 min access to peninsula hot springs, enchanted gardens and Arthur's seat. Property itself is right on the beach. Some restaurants in Rosebud but many more in Rye and Sorrento.

Great location with the beach beside the property, across the road from shops, restaurants etc. very central to explore the area, ie, Arthur’s seat and Point Nepean

One night stay

Had a great comfortable stay in rosebud for one night in Joyce’s apartment. Communication was great with Joyce and the whole check in/check out was super easy! Close to beach and shops with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Will be back if needing to stay in rosebud again.

Family road trip

Great location to stay for a few nights on our road trip. The waters edge and top park facilities directly out the back of the units. Supermarket and good coffee right across the road. Easy drive to everywhere ypu want to go.

Great family fun

We always book this apartment for a week in Feb every year. It has every we need. Close to beach, park and shops. We walk everywhere with no hassles which is great coz we have a ypung family.

Family vacation

Perfect location for family with primary school age children. Hope out the front door and it's 2 minute walk to beach, 2 minutes to park and 2 minutes to shops. Perfect for relaxing and having fun at the beach. Apartment comes with everything you need. We book this place every year for the last 5 yrs coz we love it.

Dirty and unsafe

This property is a death trap and disgustingly filthy. Construction workers woke us at 7am right outside our bedroom window and workers were on the balcony, completely disrespecting our privacy and the fact that we were 4 women traveling together. This property is not safe and front door code is difficult and glitchy. The back Doir was locked with no key or way out, making it both illegal and a fire trap. DO NOT RENT HERE!

Dirty grout, bathmat big stain, towels with brown marks, hard to find 2 clean ones,1 bed's pillowcase had stain on it, lots marks on walls etc, fan didn't work in 1 bathroom. some noise from traffic at night, we come from a very quiet neighborhood so may not annoyed everyone. Good heating, good location for supermarkets, pier and beach. Stairs made it impossible to bring suitcase to bedroom so ended up leaving downstairs bit of inconvenient that way. We made our 4 nights stay work but felt it could have been cleaner and maintenance done better. Never used electric jug as full of brown rusty water. Washing machine was good.

Spotless property, well located with all the necessary amenities.

A friend and I stayed here after completing Coastrek. The townhouse was perfect for our needs, with two Queen bedrooms and hot showers. Great heating, comfortable couch and close to everything for dinner & breakfast the next morning. Communication with the owner was good. Thanks!

Beachside Escape

Comfortable apartment next to the beach. Great walking tracks along the foreshore from the front of the apartment complex. Convenient shops and restaurants, an easy walking distance away. Great for trips to the Peninsula Spar and the Mornington Peninsula.

Terribly disappointed

Couldn't get access via main gate and owner took an hour to return my call. Luckily a kind neighbour managed to open it for us. The pedestrian gates also wouldn't open with the key provided, and the garage door didn't work either. The property is very tired and doesn't look like the photos. Very steep stairs, it needs painting throughout and the downstairs bathroom definitely needs updating. The towels provided should be thrown out and the handwash was so watered down it was useless. It is close to the beach and shops, but overall it was a disappointing experience.
