Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
It was a sweet place, with kind staff , lovely grounds, and a delicious breakfast. But they had not received a reservation or payment from Hotels.com and stated that they only take payment in cash. So i had to pay again. This is the 4th time this has happened to me in Rwanda and Uganda.
