Amazing stay at an amazing property from start to finish. Checked in and the staff were extremely happy to help and provide any assistance they could. The property itself is beautiful, updated, and with all of the appropriate amenities. Highly recommended especially for those who want to stay in Akihabara.

The room at the Hotel Niwa was clean and beautifullly decorated in a manor that catered to traditional Japanese style and simplicity with western comforts also in mind.
This was exactly what we had been looking for in a Japanese stay during our holiday. The staff were very helpful and we were delighted to learn about the manager's production of delicious local honey in the hotel. The gardens and internal courtyard were an authentic and restful touch that we could experience from the restaurant.
