"Spacious double-bed room I stayed. Was surprised by the space. Enjoyed the little touches in the room design to make it comfortable and convenient. Value for money. Will definitely stay here again if in Matsumoto."

"Convenient for public transport and the castle was within walking distance. Unfortunately i was given a smoking room which stank like an old ashtray. The room was heavily nicotine stained and even after using freshner it still smelt.the Free breakfast was limited in choice and not topped up, so first in best selection. The staff are friendly and helpful and i will stay here again but i will specify a non smking room."
