"I stayed at this hotel for the Norikura HC event. The hotel prepared a very early breakfast for the visitors. It was very nice. But there was one thing that was disappointing. It was parking problem. When I checked-in, it was already full, so staff let me know 2nd/3rd parkings. But map was so complicated, that's why I tired to look for them. If the problem is releafed, I'd like to stay (at 2025 Norikura HC?) again."

"We spent two nights at this hotel. The location is reasonable. Property is nothing to brag about. The room was small, but more importantly, the placement of the bed was such that the second person sleeping on the side of the wall, had to maneuver very narrow space to get out of bed to go to the toilet. The amenities were very limited, no tea or coffee in the room, and the coffee at the lobby was limited to guests who paid for the breakfast. From entry to our departure, we did not get a very warm, welcoming, attitude from the staff."
