nous sommes arrivées vers 21h après avoir bien confirmé notre arrivée par téléphone le matin. Le réceptionniste a été très désagréable, et agressif dès que nous lui avons précisé ce que nous avions réservé ne correspondait pas à ce que ce monsieur nous proposait: Nous avions réservé 1chambre à 2 lits d'1 place et non 1 lit à 2 places, le petit déjeuner était compris mais nous n'avons pas pu l'obtenir. La moquette de la montée d'escalier était très sale, Le hall de réception était encombré de jeunes hommes qui mangeaient des barquettes Ces derniers étaient par ailleurs très ennuyés par la situation.... La chambre ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos postées sur le site. Pour faire fonctionner la TV, il fallait se lever du lit car même la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas. Cet hébergement est une publicité mensongère du début à la fin (les prestations proposées ne sont pas vraies) et le réceptionniste devrait faire un autre métier!!

j'ai aimé le rapport qualité prix de cet hôtel dans le 7ème arrdt . Certes les cloisons sont fines , mais je voyage toujours avec des bouchons d'oreilles , donc pour moi pas de problème , le lit était bon , les draps étaient propres ainsi que la chambre . Il n'y a pas de parking , mais le réceptionniste m'a fait rentrer ma moto dans l'hôtel , ce qui était très sympa . Donc pour une nuit d'étape c'était parfait .

I didn't know it had shared toilet facilities and there was no washbasin in the toilet facility. I would not have booked had I known. The room was four floors up, no lift in the building so struggling with luggage was awkward. The room was cramped with a small shower fitted at the end of the bed (literally).Wardrobe handles broken. Wire coat hangers! (They bent under the weight of my biker jacket). Noisy neighbours on the shared floor.

L'hotel où je suis allé avait au départ un bon accueil et arrangeant meme si le réceptionniste ne comprenait pas tout ce que je dis.. . La chambre au prix où je l'ai payé était "correcte". J'avais pris la formule petit-déjeuner sur internet du coup le matin j'ai pris le petit-déjeuner, petit dej assez limité en choix pour 8€... Au moment de rendre la chambre, on me sort une facture a 63€ alors que j'ai payé 73€ et sur la facture le petit dej n'était pas compris donc étant 2 on devait débourser 16€ supplémentaire!! Le réceptionniste ne voulait rien savoir, en partant de l'hotel il criait partout en disant qu'on payait pas! Une honte!

There was a lot of noise all night from the rooms on the same floor, couldn’t sleep at all due to the noice. It sounded as if someone was I my room or entering my room and it was very scary. And also with shared toilettes which I wasn’t informed of before,

Le pharo unpeu pâlot

Accuei sympa lors arrivee et depart. Rideaux en partie casses Portes voisins qui claquent Odeur fumee dans chambre et toilettes Lavabo pour visage trop petit si bien que eau finit par mouiller le sol. Cloisons entre chambres trop minces Oreillers trop mous Matelas assez ferme Lumieres pas assez tamisees et mal disposees Chaines tele incompletes Chaines tele changement pas assez ergonomiques et pas assez fluides. Belle armoire spacieuse. Population de hotel un peu marginale. Impression d ensemble mitigee et point tres negatif: odeur persistante tabac froid.

Excellente situation proche de la plage des Catalans et de nombreux commerces sur une place agréable. Aimable accueil et prévenant. Pas bruyant. Douche trop étroite, les joints usés. Bon plan pour passer une nuit ou deux.
