New! Comfortable 2 Bedroom in Central BGC

Located in one of the best locations in BGC, the place is a street a way from the best BGC spots! The space is interior designed with only the best and most comfortable furniture and equipment. The unit feels insanely spacious and fits 4 comfortably. It's a corner unit so the view is great from every room. I'm a neat freak myself so you can be sure of the cleanliness of the unit!
Please let us know in advance if you'll be needing parking so we may arrange it :)
The space
The space is interior designed with only the best and most comfortable furniture and equipment. Everything you need to have an enjoyable time is here. The unit feels insanely spacious and fits 4 comfortably. It's a corner unit so the view is great from every room. I'm a neat freak myself so you can be sure of the cleanliness of the unit! HD TV, HD cable with Fast Internet and full kitchen equipment.

The Place was designed for 4 People but in case you are more, we may provide extra folding beds to accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.

To maintain peace and security, our Building admin has a policy that no guests will be allowed up the unit except those registered. Maximum of 6 guests :)

The property was very convenient for shopping and restaurants. It was a little bit older than i expected but very clean and well kept. Arrival was very easy as we were met by a staff member and escorted to our condo. Overall an excellent experience.

Area is clean, available drinking water, complete kitchen stuff, instructions are printed and made simple. Although we did not use the washing machine, could be more beneficial for the future renter if it has s dryer too. Overall, nice, well maintained place and staff were nice. I would like to come back again in the future.

The staff reached out to us prior to arrival, very nice, helpful and responds quickly to our requests. We stayed in 2 different rooms as we were transferred on day 3. Both rooms are nice and with a view. It is in South of Market Residence which is near SM Aura, walkable to variety of restaurants. stores,... We liked the place and the surrounding area. It is safe and quiet. Easy to get a Grab for transportation. We recommend this place.

Overall, ok experience. It was advertised as NEW, but it’s an older unit. It was roomy & comfortable, floor could have been cleaner. Location was a block away from SM Aura. The 3 AC made our stay comfortable. McDonald’s & 711 is 3 minutes walk.
