Guesthouse in a quiet, green setting with private garden and lake view. Dogs are welcome. Only a 4-minute walk (300 m) to the beach through a child-friendly area, without crossing any public roads. The house offers a separate entrance to the garden and the house itself. Enjoy a furnished terrace with barbecue as well as a balcony terrace with dining table and lake view. The open-plan kitchen features a wood-burning stove, dining table, stove, oven, coffee maker, and refrigerator. There is a bathroom with shower, an additional outdoor shower, a washing machine, satellite TV, radio, and Wi-Fi. Silent ceiling fans and thermal curtains provide comfort. Air conditioning is available on request for an extra fee.
