Immerse yourself in city life at this chic Victorian gem. This stunning first-floor apartment, housed in a converted Victorian building, offers a unique blend of historic charm and contemporary style. Ideal for travellers accustomed to hotel comforts, it provides all the space and flexibility of an apartment. Step back in time with original Victorian features, then step into luxury with modern design elements. This is your perfect launchpad for exploring all the city has to offer.

The layout consists of one double bed with en suite which is perfect for 2 but if you have a third person there is a sofa bed that can be made up in the lounge. Bedding will be provided for this on request.

This is a first-floor apartment with a short flight of stairs into the apartment. There are some short-stay parking bays across the street (max 2-hour stay) but there are plenty of parking bays around the area you can find on the 'Just Park app'

Other things to note
On entering you must take 1 flight of stairs to the first floor. Once inside, there is a section of low celling from the lounge to the bedroom.

Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put the keys back in the lockbox out at the front of the house and scramble the numbers. Send a photo of the key inside the box for your security.
Take all rubbish to the bin store. Turn left out of the building front door and walk to the alleyway. Turn down the alleyway and put all rubbish in the big orange bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great property!

Such a lovely apartment. Actually feels bigger in person than portrayed in the online pictures, due to the gorgeous high ceilings. Apartment extremely clean, tidy and well staged for arrival with lights and music on. We arrived early due to an international flight and Michelle (and Tyrone) was able to accommodate us and get us into the apartment early. Thank you so much! Great communication with the host with almost immediate replies if we had any questions. Property was within walking distance of all the interesting sites and tons of amazing places to eat. Would totally recommend this property!
