"Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. "The hotel is not finish. The rooms was not even ready with all the sofa inside. The first day men came in and out the door to fix things. It seems to me they were desperate to open before it was not even ready to open. It was still concrete dust on the floor.

The first three nights, we had a room very close to the road and didn‘t get a lot of sleep because it was so loud.

Maybe the only negative and it is not really negative to be honest, we felt like yes there are more germans which is not a problem but it would be nice for the staffs to be more confident with speaking english too. All inclusive has food available most of the time with themed nights in the main buffet area and lots of choice, does get a bit repetitive after a few days. Staff always available and helpful.
