"Perfect hotel and location"
All staff (management, reception, cleaners, waiters etc) were excellent and could not have been more helpful. Great choice of food with excellent presentation and quality. Hotel is in a perfect location and there is easy access to the promenade for anyone with mobility problems.

"Great hotel"
While this hotel is not a quaint little hotel, being a highrise, it was a great place to stay. It is right on the beach and a short walk to the middle of town. The service is exellent, the staff friendly and the food good. I would go back.

"Lovely hotel close to beach."
On arriving our room wasn't ready as we were early, no problem, sat by the pool till it was ready. on getting our room key we were told to take the lift on the right, assuming we were 3rd floor as room no began with 3, proceeded to the lift, over 15 mins later still looking for our room, if it hadn't been for another guest helping us and explaining how the room numbers worked we would have still been there. We ended up with an apartment which we had no problem with, balcony with view of the sea, lovely and clean. The food was very good, we had half board, so went for breakfast and evening meal, lots of choice, and the cold buffets were lovely, the only negative I would give at meal times was there were quite a lot of Spanish holiday makers when we were there, and they tended to be very impatient.. The staff were very friendly, the tables were cleaned as soon as you had finished, ready for the next people. There was entertainment in the evening, and again which I had read on a previous review, the Spanish locals tended to push their way to the front, so a lot of the the holiday makers couldn't get a look in. We wouldn't go back again, but would recommend it to other people, more so with families, as I think it was ideal for them. We did enjoy our time there and it was near the beach, the hill to the hotel would be hard for some though.

"Great location, backing onto the beach"
Pros: location to beach & old town Marbella. A short taxi ride (15 mins) to Porto Benaus (€11). Hotel facilities are great. Food is very disappointing.. Pool side service is slow & quality of food served poor. We had chicken, which was so dry & over cooked we couldn't eat it. I have to say we were asked if we'd like something else, but other people had issues with their food (burger/pizzas) so we declined. We had lunch the following day at the Cappuccino restaurant, where the seafood was good but again the chicken was so tough in the Cesar salad that it was inedible! we persevered, eating at the hotel's T-Bone Grill, which again was disappointing.. We had complementary olives, which arrived without any means of eating them other than picking them up with our fingers! We had bread but no bread plates, I checked & other diners were also without plates. While we waited for our food, against my better judgement I ate a couple of olives. The steak was fatty & not the best.. this was my last meal as I spent the remainder of my trip in bed with a very bad stomach bug. How such a fabulous hotel can have such poor food quality standards is beyond belief! Staff were friendly & well meaning but their poor English could with our non existent Spanish was a frustrating mix.. We had someone else's luggage delivered to our room & at 1am were woken by a very determined porter delivering room service only to find he had the wrong room. I would return again but not eat at the hotel.

"Good resort ..close to the beach ..but ...."
Checkin Process - Was nice and pleasant. In fact the hotel staff were very accommodative to our request of an early check in. Room was nice and tidy as we checked in. Hotel does not have any porters beware! Room Facilities - Basic room with a balcony in the direction of the sea. Its really not a sea view room. Room does not have kettle or coffee making facilities, TV is basic with mostly spainsh channels. All Inclusive - Food is ok, vegetarian dishes are very hard to find. Breakfast is good. For dinner, they have allocated tables and I suppose during busy times the restaurant can get extremely busy. Because they have allocated tables, they have 2 dinner slots, anybody on 2nd dinner slot will have problem getting a chair in the bar for the night entertainment. Bit of a bummer as on a good day if you have dinner on the 1st slot you end up sitting in bar holding the chair! Cocktails included as part of the package is just about ok, Swimming pool - hotel has 2, one outside and a small indoor heated pool. hotel not exactly on the beach, but its very closeby. We travelled with a 5 year old during April 2016, there is nothing really there for kids. The only thing which happened for 2 days, is a small dance for the kids just before the main entertainment. There are a number of play areas outside the hotel complex which is handy when accompanied by an adult. We didn't actually go to the so called kids club within the hotel as it was closed nor did we use the spa facilities
