It is a practical and functional 55 m2 ideal for up to four guests, fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The accommodation is located on the ground floor of the building.
The bedroom is spacious, has a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding, television, space to store your belongings and air conditioning with cold/heat split.
In the living room you will find a comfortable double sofa bed, television, ceiling fan and electric heater.
You have a bathroom with shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.
We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the bed.
The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.
The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 4 people and usual utensils as well as a dining table.
To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.
The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.

Ask for a crib or high chair for your baby if you need it.

Avoid this one!
Where do I start....The "free breakfast" is not on property, you have to walk several blocks to get to where it is offered, can't offer up any info on the breakfast because we never took advantage of it..too inconvenient!
The communication was not very good, several questions before the stay I had to resend in order to get a response, which led me to contacting VRBO, only to find out they couldn't help much at all. Basically told me to do what I had already done.
The place is not very clean, old run down furnishings, no instructions on how to operate anything in the apt., where to put the trash, etc.... The washer/dryer did not exist...only a washer that would not stop (ran several hours and had to manually turn off) and clothes had to be put on a drying rack.
Bathroom continuously had a "sewer" smell---non-stop. Water heater was small, and had to shut off water between soaping off and rinsing if 2 people needed to shower.
Had to ask them to bring towels after we checked in---and they delivered 3 very thin/old towels----no wash cloths, hand towels, nothing.
Only had 1 roll of toilet paper, so you have to go to store to buy EVERYTHING you might need. We even went and bought our own towels because 4 towels (found one later in the week in the closet) was NOT sufficient for 2 people for 10 days.
No cleaning supplies - there was a cabinet with some cleaning products, but had someone's name on them, to insinuate they were off limits.
Out of space, my advise, just DON'T
