Wonderful "off the grid" escape

A perfect cabin by the lake -- wonderful views, well equipped, and a great fire (with plenty of wood). Add in the white Christmas and we couldn't have asked for more!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy, quiet cabin. It was just what we needed to enjoy our tour of the Sunshine Coast. The fireplace was warm and cozy, the artwork was pleasing and the tub was magnificent after a day of hiking. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The vacation home is really one of a kind! I had such a lovely time there. Everything is extremely well equipped (from kitchen equipment, to games, to music and movies, to beddings) and clean. The area is very private, hence a bit harder to find, but the owner will leave detail direction instructions. The bathtub and the view over looking the forest and a bit of oyster bay will leave you feeling relaxed and happy. I am looking forward to my next return, and shall be booking through their official site (as I think the charge is a bit lower :P ). Thank you to the owners for the wonderful space!

The minute we walked up to this beautiful cabin, and saw the view for the next 4 days, we were speechless. It was a much needed break from our busy city lives. Kathleen and Brent were both so fantastic and accommodating, amd also gave us our privacy which was appreciated. Will definitely be back.

My family had a wonderful time in our stay at Moon Dance Cabin. Very nice place to unplug as it is very quite and far from the crowd or busier places. The view is great and looking the water ebb and flow is enjoyable.

Lovely place

The place is very romantic and private, nice 8ft high windows all around and accent lighting make you feel very at one with nature from inside the house.. we had a great stay here and highly recommend it for couples.

My partner and I stayed in the Moon Dance Cabin and it was breathtakingly beautiful. Cabin was private and quiet and the view was gorgeous. Very peaceful and exactly what we needed to wind down for a few days. Very clean and owners are very communicative without being too much. We definitely plan to go back.

We liked that the cabin was pretty well isolated, never saw another person in three days, and the cabin was spacious and self sufficient with a very good kitchen. The only downside was the parking was about 100 yards up hill, which made getting the suit case and food a task for a couple of seniors.

This place is gorgeous! It’s absolutely isolated and wonderful for a romantic retreat or fun weekend with friends. The Perch, which is the cabin I stayed in, is quite modern and spacious. There is art wall everywhere and the views are stunning. Kitchen is fully equipped and the bbq works great. My only negative is: the pull out couch in the living room needs to be replaced ASAP. The fabric is outdated and doesn’t match the rest of the vibe in the place and it is dreadful to sleep on it. That aside, this place is a dream and the hosts are incredible people.

Kid Break

The cabin is beautiful for two. Loved the big windows and the outdoor lighting made nature a piece of art in the evening. ♡ Wasn't aware we wouldn't be able to access the water with the other cabin occupied. Only other complaint is i didn't think to pack shampoo or anything.. and none to be had in the cabin. Just body wash in the shower.
