The reason that I have to stay in Hard Rock Hotel is because of their reputation. And I stayed in some Hard Rock hotels too in different country. I and my family were very disappointed and underwhelmed with the Hard Rock hotel London. I could understand about the COVID-19 pandemic that has affecting all establishments. But Hard Rock Hotel London could step up a bit further in serving us during our stayed. I always looking forward to the buffet breakfast which I’ve paid when I’ve booked the hotel and we are disappointed with our breakfast box. There are not much activity happening within the hotel and they have could at least put all their energy in their service with only a few residents at that time when everything is closing in regards to COVID-19. I have attached my supposed to be a 4-5 star breakfast and yes, Hard Rock management announced they can only provide continental breakfast but come on Hard Rock Hotel management what you are thinking! I’m very disappointed and sad full stop. Hard Rock staff could have taken this moment to provide their best with their very minimum occupants. Not only about the breakfast, I have booked a Deluxe Gold room with a king bed. But we got is a two bed that made it in one bed to make it a king bed. What a brilliant idea Hard Rock Hotel London.
So if you asked me to go back or recommend this hotel, you know my answer, a solid NO! Never waste your money in this establishment in London. I’m sure there are better ones.
