- This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. There are stairs up to the entrance of this home and no elevator. The fireplace in the sitting room is ornamental. The communal hallway shows some signs of wear and tear. The bed in the second bedroom is a futon. It is lower to the ground than most beds. This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets.
