"One of the best features in walking distance from 4 tube line that'll take you anywhere. The hotel is also air conditioned which is great during hot weather. The hotel is in excellent condition, recently renovated. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options nearby. Second time here and would stay here again."

"Used this hotel before in Hammersmith. Great location, easy access and decent sized rooms. The facilities were of a good standard and a decent choice for breakfast too. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall , I would recommend the hotel. I do think they need to look at the pricing. Whilst I fully understand that London prices on a Friday will be higher than average, what I do not understand is that after booking well in advance, the exact room , on Expedia whom I booked with, was £42 cheaper if you booked on day of travel? Surely if you book well in advance the pricing should reflect that?"
