About the Property:

The Overlook is designed to accommodate large groups with plenty of space for everyone. The Main House comfortably sleeps up to 12 people, and we also offer a charming Bunk House. Surrounded by nature, this peaceful retreat offers privacy and seclusion, while still being close to Hocking Hills' top attractions.

Main House:

Bedroom 1 (Master Suite):

2 King beds

En-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub and a double-seat walk-in shower for ultimate relaxation.

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed

Walks out to a private porch area with a 5-person hot tub, charcoal grill.

Bedroom 3: 2 Queen beds

Living Room: Sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space

Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms

Laundry Room: Full laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience.

Entertainment Area with Kitchenette:

A spacious 20x30 entertainment area attached to the Main House, perfect for socializing and relaxation. One end has 2 large screens to allow the fresh county air to pass through.

Kitchenette with basic amenities for snacks, and meal prep while you enjoy the entertainment space.

The perfect spot for family games like ping pong, or just unwinding after a day of exploring.

Sleeps up to 12 additional guests, offering a comfortable and rustic retreat for your group.

5-Person Hot Tub: Located on the private porch off Bedroom 2, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or exploring.

Charcoal Grill: Enjoy outdoor cooking with a spacious grill for family cookouts and BBQs.

Large Outdoor Fire Pit: Gather around the fire pit for cozy nights under the stars, perfect for roasting marshmallows or telling stories.

Outdoor Relaxation: Take in the beautiful views, listen for the sound of nature, and watch for deer and other wildlife that frequent the property.

Additional Features:

Winter Advisory: The lodge is accessible by a steep paved hill. We recommend a 4x4 vehicle during winter months due to potential snow and ice conditions.

Pets: Please note, pets are not allowed at this time.

Neighbors: Free-range chickens from our friendly neighbors may wander through the property, but they'll return home when gently shooed away.
