  • Cozy apartment of 64m2 situated in Lloret del Mar (Fenals), around 700m from the beach and the town centre, very close to restaurants and shops. This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava! The apartment is situated on the ground floor and has a maximum capacity of 6 people. It is part of a quiet development with communal garden and pool and has access to parking. It consists of a living room with tv and sofa bed for 2, with direct access to a large terrace of 38m2 where you will be able to enjoy breakfasts in the sun, a kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine), 1 double bedroom (150x190cm ), 1bedroom with 2 single beds (80x180cm) and 1 bathroom with shower.

    The apartment has no air conditioning.

    Reservations for people under 35 years of age are not allowed. Pets are allowed on request and with supplement.
