At Lakeside Oasis, you’ll find yourself in an ideal location to check off all your vacation boxes, a spacious 6-bedroom escape suitable for an extended family getaway or friend’s lakefront retreat.
Located in a quiet cove off of the 31 Mile Marker of the main channel, peace and tranquility are in abundance as you sip on your morning coffee or turn the pages of a good book while seated up on the deck. The good times roll down on the private dock as you take breezy trips on and off the water in your vessel of choice, swim to your hearts content, and serve up rounds of cocktails at the built-in bar area. Break out the grill to whip up a delicious barbeque feast and dine al fresco while you watch the boats drift lazily by. Venturing out beyond the home, you’ll have plenty of options for shopping, dining, entertainment, and nightlife between bustling Camdenton, a 10-minute drive southwest, and lively Osage Beach, a 15-minute drive northeast.
Between two distinct living spaces, the main home and a guest home, everyone will have the opportunity to spread out and find their own private corner while communal spaces bring you back together to celebrate and create memorable moments. In the main home, both upstairs and downstairs living areas include plush sofa seating along with smart TVs for streaming all your favorite entertainment. The stylish kitchen is a chef’s delight, showcasing full-sized appliances, granite countertops, and rich wood cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Need additional storage and preparation options? The guest house has you covered, the kitchenette adding reinforcements of ample cabinetry, a mini refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. You’ll have your choice of options for where to enjoy your meals between the main home with island and table seating for a combined 8 diners as well as a table for 4 on the lower level, as well as a dining table for 6 in the guest house.
This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 6 private bedrooms, split between the main home and guest home.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and balcony.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.
Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
The main home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
Guest Home:
Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #6 includes 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Private 10x28 dock slip avalibule for guest use for the duration of your stay.
• Please note that the boat slip is use at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damage to a boat while tied up on the dock.
• The PWC (Personal Watercraft) lift is not avalibule for guest use.
• Driveway parking available for 5 vehicles. The garage is not for guest use.
• Please be aware that the owner's boat will remain on the dock during your stay. The boat and the slip it occupies are not available for guest use. The dock umbrella is also not available for guest use.
• Guests can enjoy the use of 2 kayaks & a paddleboard during their stay.
• This property is equipped with six (6) external security cameras to ensure safety and monitor specific areas around the home. One camera is mounted under the roof eave near the front door to monitor the entrance. A second camera is mounted under the roof eave near the garage to monitor the driveway and parking area. A third camera, mounted under the deck, monitors the dock. The fourth and fifth cameras are mounted on the dock to monitor the owner’s boat. The sixth camera is mounted under the roof eave of the small house near the front door to monitor that entrance. Tampering with, disabling, or obstructing any of these cameras will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund.

There are many things to see and do in the area including golfing at one of the many championship courses, swimming, or a boat ride on the lake, or hiking and biking one of the many scenic trails. There are also several shops, restaurants, and bars in the Village, making it a great place to spend an afternoon or evening.

We stayed with six adults. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the property. Bathrooms were updated and not yucky. The outdoor areas were nice and well maintained, including the dock area. Kayaks, paddle board, and pool noodles were all used and appreciated. The patios are well shaded by tall trees. There's a little fridge in the boat dock shed that is helpful. The location on Lake of the Ozarks really couldn't be better. It is a relatively quiet arm of the lake, and you don't have homes facing across the water. The neighbors on left and right were quiet and friendly. I would say that the stairs down to the dock could really use a railing-- they were fine for our crowd of mostly young adults, but the steep stairs without a rail could be problematic for older adults or young children. The driveway is a little steep and challenging for a truck pulling a boat. Our boat is 20 ft, so we managed. There is no room to turn around, so prepare to back up the drive. A truck pulling a larger boat might struggle. There is plenty room to park several cars or a boat trailer in the drive after you launch. Boat ramp is close by and has a dock as well. Property managers were responsive to a maintenance need, but never were able to fix the issue with the WiFi we were having in the casita. It wasn't a huge deal for us. The WiFi in the main house worked. Overall, the cleanliness, spaciousness, and beautiful location of this property made it well worth the premium rate we paid.
