Una lastima

Pésimo.......reserve en línea y cuando fui a pagar me salieron con que no había ...pase un mal rato con mi esposa a quien le quise dar una sorpresa . La señorita de recepción que me dijo que ella recibe las llamadas oso decirme que nadie había llamada a pesar que le mostré el correo de confirmación de mi reserva . Es una vergüenza y una lastima .
