In the park of a Louis XIV castle in the heart of Normandy's Vexin, on the outskirts of Normandy, in one of the most beautiful bends of the Seine, just 90 km west of Paris, we welcome you to our cottage, Saint Sulpice.
Accessible by car via the A13 or A15, as well as by train (Gaillon-Aubevoye station from Paris Saint Lazare station in 1 hour).

Located in the heart of the estate of Château de Tosny, a castle built in 1690 and currently undergoing restoration, in an exceptional environment classified as Natura 2000 and in the protected area of Château-Gaillard, a historic site between France and England, right next to Les Andelys, this cottage occupies the former stables of the castle.

In a walled park, Saint Sulpice benefits from dual exposure, overlooking the park and the dovecote.

With a total area of 140 m2 spread over 2 levels, with a ceiling height of 3.13 m on the ground floor, Saint Sulpice has been completely renovated and boasts all modern comforts (thermal insulation, underfloor heating, heat pump).

On the ground floor, a bright and traversing living room, a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area, also traversing. Bedroom with an attached shower room and toilet.

Stairs leading to the upper floor:
Two bedrooms. The first with 2 single beds, wardrobes, a small desk.
A second bedroom with three single beds.
Also on this floor, a bathroom and an independent toilet.

The Saint Sulpice can comfortably accommodate 6 people, with a 7th person accommodated upon request.
