ROSE Concierge offers you this beautiful duplex apartment, located in a secure residence, close to the wild Chaumoise coast.

Capacity: up to 5 people.



Tastefully decorated and fully equipped apartment, on the 2nd floor without a lift.

Equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, citrus press, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher.

Living room with sofa bed 140 cm, TV, table, chairs, coffee table. Access to closed balcony with table and chairs.

Bedroom 1: double bed 140 cm and storage.

Bedroom 2 (mezzanine): 180 cm bed, wardrobes and chest of drawers.

Bathroom with bathtub, sink unit, washing machine. Separate WC.

Secure private garage street parking possible.
