A RARE WEEK available in this perfect home for a vacation in family friendly Monterey Beach. Families only please! A short walk to private ocean and bay beaches. Large 2450 sf home built in 2015. C/a, w/d, sleeps 9 with 4 bedrooms. 2 1/2 baths + spacious private outside shower, unlimited hot water, lift to the 1st floor. Open kitchen, dining, living with access to covered porch. Balcony on the second floor. Off street parking for 4 cars. Private back garden w/bbq and dining area. Everyone’s favorite- apre beach space - under the house! So much outdoor space to enjoy the ocean breeze. We provide beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, and a cart to get them easily to the beach. Do you like to cook? We do. You will love our kitchen. This is our home and you are welcome to enjoy our well stocked cook ware as well as the Cuisinart coffee maker an the new Barista cappuccino/espresso maker. An app on your smart phone will access our Sonos surround sound system. Walk to restaurants and shops. 8 beach badges included. Everything you need for your family vacation at the shore!
