Was expecting a bed and breakfast as advertised on their website, it is not. You get a 10% discount on the take out place next door. Old cement block motel with better decor, few outlets. Clean and basic.

What a great place to stay. Nothing fancy but very clean and well taken care of, which is what’s most important to me. Staff were awesome and friendly. Lots of food options walkable, as well as Allegiant Stadium, Mandalay/Luxor/Excaliber. The Egg Shop right in front is great for breakfast and lunch, and the souvenir store was great to have next door for gifts and little things needed during stay. Oh and unlike hotels on the strip, you don’t have to rent a fridge, they have them in every room, with two free bottles of water. AC worked great and plenty of hot water. I’ll def be back to Nirvana again,

We arrived late but there was a security guard who met us and made sure the key code to our room worked. He was also there all night and when we departed at 4 am.

Like home w nice people around.

Very homelike environment. Excellent staff, security on patrol, close proximity to places to eat, sayulita is very good in my opinion. I’d definitely recommend. A new place for me to stay. Good coffee and donuts too.

This place was amazing! Clean, affordable, easy parking. The concierge was super sweet and even gave us a jump when our battery died on our vehicle. We asked for towels and they brought them in less than 3 minutes! If we ever go back to Vegas, we will stay here again.

Cute little motel. Taxis did not know where it was and it’s a bit hard to stop. It’s walking distance to the mirage where went for a concert. Overall I’d stay again. Affordable and convenient location if in Vegas for a short time.

Nice decor which made you feel very warmly welcome. The garden was a joy to rest in. The hotel was conveniently placed close to bus stop and the mono rail station which will take you into the heart of the strip. All in all, a great stay

As my Uber driver said "diamond in the rough". But he had no clue it was even there and was hopeful for us. And boy was it! We really enjoyed our stay here. Bed, pillows, linens, and not a far walk to be on the strip.

Clean and quiet

Rooms were exceptionally clean and surprisingly quiet, staff was friendly. Within walking distance to the Allegiant which is why we chose the Nirvana in the first place. We will stay there again.
