Getting room service is a struggle. I was told about the policy. However I said being on vacation who want to return to their room after verbally requesting service and No one has bother to even give fresh towels. Horrible service once again!!!!!

Evangeline Downs is the best property in Opelousas, hands down. I would rather stay there every time we're there. The rooms are great, they're clean, and there's not a lot of people hanging around. Every one is going about their businesss.
