The great room is open to the kitchen and flows into the dining space. There's an exposed clear glass walled great room accompanied by 'Hunter Douglas' blinds in the Primary and Guest rooms.
This home has an open and airy style with natural light that can be enjoyed throughout the day.
The sliding doors open 90 degrees to the outside and can be enjoyed from both inside and out.
There are so many nice touches incorporated in the home. The Primary bedroom has a
Tempur Pedic 'split mattress' bed with remote controls to sleep comfortably per each individual's settings. The Primary bathroom has a spa like appeal to it. The home is located minutes from several attractions and things to do. Professional Golf tournaments or just leisure golf, Polo Matches at the Polo Gardens, The Tennis Garden in Indian Wells features Pro Tennis Players during the season. Coachella and Stagecoach Concerts, The renowned McCallum Theater, An array of dining and shopping nearby.
