The Hotel is in a good location, lots of restaurants and shops close by. The room we stayed in was a bit dated and could do with an upgrade, but it was clean. They have a good breakfast with a lot of selections from Western & Asian foods. Hotel staff are all friendly. I believe it's a decent value hotel.

good condition, new hotel. not too close from main town but you can stay away from all the trouble and the noise, take about 10 minutes walk to shop and restaurant but about 20 mins to main town of Kutah.
Hotel has good facility, good designed room, nice pool but the bar service is abit slow and awkward design. if there are 3 people lining getting drinks, you will not have any more room to stand. Breakfast is cheap but very boring. we stayed for 4 days, the food is pretty much remain the same for 4 days. Overall, acceptable

First off i have to say that the Hotel and its Staff by far exceeded my expectations! It was such a nice hotel and you cant beat the price! The Breakfast that we got along with our package was well worth it! It mixes a bit of the local Indonesian cuisine along with the basics that most people love. The pool is just like you see in the pictures, directly next to the front desk and restaurant. It does serve alcohol and has pretty good food. The rooms are just what you see in the pictures, perfect. They also have a shuttle that runs for free into the town so if walking isn't your thing they have two that run daily. The staff were ready and willing to meet any and all requests that we had night and day. I would highly recommend that if your looking for a hotel in this area, do not pass this one up! The price won't last for long once word gets out about this place. And when you check in ask for "Johnny", pretty cool dude!
The stay at Ramayana was great. The staff are friendly, the location is close to the beach, Waterbom, discovery and markets. We did not need to use any transport other than the airport transfer (which was only about $2.5aud!!).
The Kuta Seaview is a delightful haven in this busy resort. A group of us on a diving trip stayed here for one night at the beginning of the holiday and one at the end before flying home and we all loved the hotel. It is very comfortable, the rooms are a good size and the a/c is quiet and very efficient - which is important when you first arrive in Bali. The hotel is well situated about 30 minutes for the airport and there are lots of bars and restaurants in the area, though the hotel bar and restaurant around the pool is really good so you don't need to stray far.
I would certainly come back to this hotel and can highly recommend it.
Global travelers arrive at nearby Ngurah Rai Airport and head to Kuta for bargain shopping, budget accommodations, and an active nightlife scene at the city's restaurants, bars, discos, and clubs. During the day, Kuta's white sand beaches offer ideal surfing conditions for novice surfers catching their first wave. Scooter rentals, known as ojeks, are a convenient way to explore Kuta and beyond.
